The principal restaurant of Fiesta Resort Calypso offers local and international cuisines throughout the day. At night the restaurant offers Theme Dinners. Cana Brava is a restaurant operating only during night, Toscany specializes in Italian cuisines at night, and Beach Club specializes in seafood. The El Pelicano Snack Bar serves fast food together with cocktails and sodas, El Pargo In-Pool Bar is the principal Bar of the resort located near the pool. The other bars of Fiesta Resort are Pool Bar El Malecón, Tucán Fruit Bar, El Mástil Main Bar, and Sunset Bar.
